Working independently and collaboratively at FFN, I acquired a wealth of knowldge with creators and community members. I was able to create various aspects of design, from crafting informative graphics to developing intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes. I was able to delve into user needs creating engaging and effective experiences, enhancing usability and driving innovation in every project.

The current website caused confusion because of several usability issues.
Problem:
Both Creators and Users had issues with accessing and utilizing features of their administrative dashboards and site features.
Working on an antiquated system, I helped to identify and update various flows
Vital information provided to give user/message writer reminder of who they are messaging.
Users often have multiple connections and have a difficult time trying to remember who is who. This is a feature which can help with this issue.
Start of conversation indicator helps keep track of different conversations.
Often conversations are difficult to keep track of. This can help finding origin of the thread.

Previously, Users did not immediately notice these actions. Using color and placement, Users notice these available actions quicker.
Message categories placed besides main CTAs.
Users previously didn't utilize these tags very often. Having these within the main CTA area allows them to easily access.
